Baby Bee Bright Corporation Does Reverse Split.


MT. JULIET, Tenn. -- Frederick A. Dahlman Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Baby Bee Bright Corporation (Pink Sheets: BBGT), announced today that the Company has reverse split the common stock at a ratio of 200:1 after submitting to the proper regulatory authorities. The timing of said reverse, at the election of NASDAQ, will take effect at the opening of business, February 15, 2008. Transfer agent, PacWest, LLC, will be sending out a letter of transmittal for the exchange of stock. Any questions can be answered by calling PacWest, LLC at (509) 926-2330. The new symbol will be BBYB.
