Babcock & Wilcox Awarded $3.3 Million Cyclone Order From Allegheny Power.BARBERTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 9, 1998--The Babcock & Wilcox Power Generation Group has been awarded a contract by Allegheny Power for the replacement and upgrade of five cyclone furnaces at the Willow Island, West Virginia West Virginia, E central state of the United States. Something with which a surface is studded. designs, seal welding and dual drive split dampers. This is the second replacement of these cyclones, which were replaced in kind in 1981 and are reaching the end of their service life.
