Internet Capital will tap Coleman's extensive entrepreneurial, high tech and management experience to accelerate the growth of the holding company's collaborative network of B2B e-commerce companies. Prior to joining Internet Capital's senior management team, Coleman served as Chairman and CEO at publicly-traded Baan Company (BAANF), Europe's 2nd largest software company and a leader in the Enterprise Application Software industry.

Coleman's global enterprise applications experience will provide these growing B2B e-commerce companies with a significant competitive advantage. Coleman will be based out of Internet Capital's San Francisco office, and will be focused on building Silicon Valley and other West coast-based partner companies.

Prior to her tenure at Baan, Coleman was CEO at Aurum Software, Inc., which was acquired by Baan in 1997. At Aurum, Coleman helped develop the startup into a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market leader. Coleman led Aurum in a very successful public offering in 1996. Prior to her tenure as CEO of Aurum, Ms. Coleman, held a variety of senior marketing and technical positions in high technology companies. She brings more than 25 years of valuable high technology experience to ICG and its partner companies.
