In 2003, Lane County circuit judges granted 1,190 restraining orders restraining order: see injunction.  stemming from domestic violence. Of those, 423 were later dismissed by the petitioner, according to court records.

In 2004, judges granted 1,239 restraining orders stemming from domestic violence, and 459 were later dismissed by the petitioner. It is estimated that 90 percent of restraining orders involve current or former partners.

Not sure if I need to contact a solicitor but my partner has been charged with domestic violence charges breach of bail and breach of avo,currently on remand in
 (a person may receive more than one charge of domestic violence).

In 2004, Springfield police arrested 159 people for domestic violence and deputies issued 315 domestic violence charges. Eugene police statistics were not available.
