Greg Trojan has joined House of Blues House of Blues (HOB) is a chain of music halls and restaurants founded in 1992 by Hard Rock Cafe founder Isaac Tigrett and his friend and investor Dan Aykroyd. It is a home for live music and southern-inspired cuisine, whose clubs celebrate African-American culture, specifically  Entertainment Inc. as president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Camarillo-based Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. has appointed Robert J. Cutter to the position of vice president and general manager for their recently announced Colorado Springs, Colo., facility. Cutter will be responsible for establishing the Vitesse operations in Colorado Springs, including a design center and a new wafer fabrication facility scheduled for construction in 1997. Cutter joins Vitesse from Rockwell Semiconductor Systems.

Nancy Bauer has been promoted to assistant news director at KNBC KNBC Kings Norton Bowling Club  (Channel 4), where she will be second in command of the station's news operation, and will oversee day-to-day operations of its six daily and three weekend newscasts. Before the promotion, Bauer was the senior executive producer for the ``Channel 4 News.'' Bauer began her career in broadcast journalism in 1978, and joined KNBC in 1989.

Kerry Broom is the new vice president of Creative Affairs for the Harvey Entertainment Company, the Santa Monica-based children's entertainment firm. Broom will join Harvey from CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast.  Entertainment, Inc., where she served as director of Children's Programs and Daytime Specials.

Kevin S. Hamilton, chief executive officer of Prime Matrix Wireless Communications, has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Boy Scouts of America Noun 1. Boy Scouts of America - a corporation that operates through a national council that charters local councils all over the United States; the purpose is character building and citizenship training , Ventura County Council. Hamilton, of Agoura Hills, is a lifelong Scout and former Scoutmaster, and is a member of the board of directors for the Pierce College Foundation. He has a bachelor's degree in science from Brigham Young University Brigham Young University, at Provo, Utah; Latter-Day Saints; coeducational; opened as an academy in 1875 and became a university in 1903. It is noted for its law and business schools.  and a master's in business administration from the University of Washington.

Chris Gardner has been appointed vice president and general manager of Camarillo-based Vitesse Semiconductor Corp.'s new Automated Test Equipment division, which provides high performance custom, semicustom and standard products for VLSI VLSI: see integrated circuit.
