GFA Federal Credit Union of Gardner (www.gfafcu.com), which has branches in seven communities in Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, has announced the appointment of Andrew Boucher to its board of directors. He will fill the seat held by Charles Langlois, who retired. Mr. Boucher is a local business owner who has served on the credit union's supervisory committee since 2003. Active in the community, he has been involved in the Gardner Rotary Club, VNA and St. Paul Catholic Schools Consortium.

Clinton Savings Bank of Clinton (www.clintonsavings.com), which has branches in six communities, has named Mary T. Dean of Lunenburg as vice president, commercial lending. With more than 15 years' experience in the financial industry, she was previously vice president and cash management/commercial lending officer at Commonwealth National Bank. She also worked at Keybank N.A., Flagship Bank and Trust Co. and Fleet Financial Group. She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University and was named to the "Forty under 40" list of Worcester Business Journal in 2007.

Clinton Savings Bank has also named Terry Parker of Northboro as manager of its West Boylston branch. With more than 20 years' experience in the banking industry, she was an assistant branch manager for the Digital Federal Credit Union and also worked for Elite Financial Group, National City Mortgage and Bank of America. Honored by the Homeowners Federal Loan and Savings Association, she is a graduate of Clark University.

The Worcester Sharks hockey organization (www.sharksahl.com), now marking its fourth season at the DCU Center in Worcester, has announced two promotions in its ticket sales staff. Kristen Moore was promoted to account executive from the inside sales staff. She is an Acton native and graduate of Acton-Boxboro High School and the University of New Hampshire. Kristen Mansur was promoted to finance/ticket operations coordinator. An Auburn native and graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she joined the Sharks in July. She was box office manager for the Houston Dynamo soccer team and ticket operations assistant for the Worcester Ice Cats.

The College Board of New York, a not-for-profit association which administers programs including the SAT, the PSAT and the Advanced Placement Program, has announced the election of Donald M. Honeman, dean of admissions and financial aid at Clark University, Worcester, to its board of trustees.

He will represent the New England Regional Assembly and serve a two-year term. The association is composed of more than 5,700 schools, colleges and universities.

TechPrecision Corp. of Westminster, a leading manufacturer of large-scale, high-precision machined metal fabrications, has named William N. Hogenauer to the new position of director of business development.

He has more than 15 years' experience in sales, engineering, aerospace and commercial industries and joined the company from WebTCD, which he co-founded and served as CEO. He also worked as a sales engineer at InterTest. He received a bachelor's degree from Lehigh University, worked as an entrepreneur and is the co-inventor on 16 U.S. patents.

Cutler Capital Management, LLC (www.cutlercapital.com) of Worcester, an investment advisory firm managing more than $205 million in assets, has named Christopher R. Barry of Newton as managing director of institutional sales.

He was previously a senior member at Brighton House Associates of Marlboro, a data and service provider to the hedge fund industry and also served in positions at Jenzabar Inc. in Boston and other companies. He received a bachelor's degree from Boston College.
