"Individually, these were very generous donations," foundation President Lisa Foust said. "However, combined they make possible an important fund-raising brochure which would otherwise have not been possible during these challenging economic times."

The Corporate Partners campaign is based on participation at various donation levels, each level offering companies opportunities for community recognition as well as admission to the foundation's social events throughout the year. boxes

Valencia-based 3D Systems Corp. has named Eugen J. Geyer corporate vice president of 3D Systems Europe, a division of the company.

Geyer will be responsible for the company's operations throughout Europe, including its subsidiaries in Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

3D Systems has 45 employees in Europe who distribute and support the company's prototype-creating products. The company manufactures machines that produce three-dimensional models from computer images.

Before joining 3D Systems, Geyer was the chief executive officer of 4P Folie folie /fo·lie/ (fo-le´) [Fr.] psychosis; insanity.

3D Systems develops, produces and markets solid-imaging systems. The company holds 58 patents on its technology and processes.
