WESTLAKE VILLAGE - Free Internet provider Internet provider - Internet Service Provider  NetZero Inc. on Tuesday unveiled its CyberTarget market research Web site, www.cybertarget.com.

The CyberTarget division will use the data accumulated on its 5 million- plus users to offer marketers audience measurement services and highly targeted market research panels, while maintaining the privacy of users' personal information.

Trust rejects offer for Herbalife stock

Herbalife International Inc. reported Tuesday that the Mark Hughes Family Trust, the company's largest shareholder, rejected an unsolicited offer to purchase the shares of Herbalife held by the trust.

The unsolicited offer was made in a Sept. 22 letter to the trust from Rbid.com, according to Herbalife officials.

``The trust indicated that various factors led to the conclusion that the proposal did not warrant discussion or negotiation,'' according to statement issued by Herbalife.
