Developments

Golden Systems Inc. has settled its lawsuit against its power supply rework contractor. The Simi Valley-based electronics firm filed the suit in 1995 over quality and workmanship issues in reworking power supply units rejected in December 1994 by Golden's largest customer at the time.  Properties reported net income of $5.46 million (29 cents) for the first quarter ending March 31, compared with $4.72 million (26 cents) for the like quarter a year ago. Revenue for the quarter for the Oxnard-based real estate investment trust totaled $12.36 million vs. $7.51 million.

Pacific Crest Capital Inc. reported net income of $711,000 (24 cents a share) for the first quarter ending March 31, compared with $588,000 (22 cents) for the like quarter a year ago. Total assets for the Agoura Hills-based financial institution holding company rose to $286.9 million during the first quarter, up 10.7 percent from Dec. 31.
