LOCAL property developer Earlplace has appointed Meriden-based Chase Norton Nor·ton   , Charles Eliot 1827-1908.

Jointly with Real Land, Earlplace will provide two high quality office buildings known as Parkland Square on Capability Green at Junction 10 of the M1. Capability Green is one of the country's premier office parks. Construction is due to be completed in November November: see month.  this year.

Tim Malby, managing director of Earlplace, said that the scheme, which will have an investment value in excess of pounds 10 million, will provide space on Capability Green on previously unavailable size bands.

Rod Ackrill, chairman of Chase Norton's parent company Chase Midland plc, added that he is delighted to have secured such a prestigious contract with a local property developer.
