BUSINESS LIFE: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY: Listers expand into new prestige offices.

ONE of the region's leading motor companies has been helped to expand to a new, state of the art business complex, by property specialists Innes England.

Innes England sourced Othello House on the Stratford Business and Technology Park as the new base for the Listers Group.

The 10,000sq ft office development will form the headquarters from where over 30 Listers motor franchises will be directed.

It will be home to Listers team of senior management and directors, as well as core business functions including training, marketing, finance and administration.

Richard Pomfret, of Innes England, said Listers was a home-grown success.

"Listers is an excellent success story for the Coventry and Warwickshire area. It is consistently in the top 20 most profitable dealer groups in the country and this year saw its business ranked amongst the top 13 largest privately owned companies in the Midlands.

"The new location is perfect. Othello House is a state of the art building with excellent communications. It is a fine flagship for the Listers Group."
