INTEC Institut National des Techniques Économiques et Comptables (National Technical Institute for Business and Accounting; Paris, France) 
 Business Colleges has strengthened its national contracts team with the appointment of Paul Paul, 1901–64, king of the Hellenes (1947–64), brother and successor of George II. He married (1938) Princess Frederika of Brunswick. Mr Talbot (left) has joined Intec's head office in Warwick Street, Rugby, after spending the last 18 months running his own management training consultancy.

Before that he worked as training and development manager with Intersport - the UK's leading association of independent sports retailers.

Intec is part of a national network of business colleges providing work- based qualifications, recruitment and computer applications training.

Mr Talbot said: "I am looking forward to building on the success of Intec's national contracts division and taking the NVQ NVQ n abbr (BRIT) (= national vocational qualification) → título de formación profesional
