, an international faith-based relief and development agency in Eugene, raised $44,412 from individual donors and received a $40,000 matching grant matching grant Academia Non-peer-reviewed funding in which a commercial enterprise, foundation, or philanthropy, federal government, contributes a sum of money that 'matches' a financial contribution made by an institution, university or hospital.  from an anonymous private foundation in Kansas to build three village community centers in India; The Riverside Foundation, based in Washington, D.C., gave $4,500 to provide free computer training for people with disabilities in India. Also, Mission Increase Foundation, which is based in Portland, awarded a $50,000 matching grant to add space and staff at India Partners' Eugene office.
