More than 160 exhibitors gathered under one roof to showcase their local businesses and services. Small businesses are often the heart of a community and roughly 80 percent of those that exhibit at the expo are small businesses. The 2000 Home and Business Expo gave the 10,000 people who attended an opportunity to rediscover Re`dis`cov´er v. t. 1. To discover again. Verb 1. rediscover - discover again; "I rediscovered the books that I enjoyed as a child" their community and the businesses, big and small, that Santa Clarita has to offer. With five stages featuring technology, health seminars, home and garden tips, fashion and beauty, and local entertainment, this year's Home and Business Expo continues the Expo tradition of family fun, information and so much more. The impressive event could not take place without the dedication of many volunteers, who put in countless hours of hard work and energy for all aspects of the Expo, from coordinating the entertainment, scheduling volunteers to work at check-in and even setting up and breaking down the parking lot. There has been much positive feedback related to this year's event.
