Richard Frye has been named manager of merchant services for LibertyBank. Frye will direct the bankcard processing and payment solutions division for the bank. He previously worked for Wells Fargo Merchant Services.

Stefanie Simpson has joined the Eugene office of Moss Adams LLP as a staff accountant. She's a University of Oregon graduate. Moss Adams is a certified public accounting firm providing tax, audit and business advising.

Matt White has joined the Eugene-based staff of Neil Kelly Design/Build Remodeling as a designer-consultant. A graduate in housing design from Oregon State University, White has more than eight years experience in design and management of whole house renovations, home additions, as well as smaller remodeling projects and kitchen renovations.

John Gentry has been named agency field executive for State Farm Insurance in Eugene, responsible for a group of 22 agents in Eugene, Junction City, Lebanon, Sweet Home and Albany. Gentry joins Steve Morse in heading State Farm's Eugene-based agency leadership teams. Gentry has worked for State Farm for nine years, most recently as an agency field consultant in Portland and Seattle. Before that, he operated his own State Farm agency in Seattle from 2001 to 2004.

Jessica Persinger, an aesthetician, has joined Lee Daniel, M.D. - Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Her specialties include Dinair spray tanning, European facials and waxing.

Derek Simmons has become a shareholder in the Eugene law firm of Watkinson Laird Rubenstein Baldwin & Burgess. A graduate of Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, Simmons has been with the firm since 2002. He practices in the areas of health law, business organizations and transactions, limited liability companies and emerging business.
