Pacific Continental Bank in Eugene has promoted the following:Debbie Free to internal audit officer; and Mark Sibbald, Michelle Meador and Kathy Whittle to assistant vice presidents.Liz McBrayer has been hired at the bank's headquarters in downtown Eugene as Client Resource Center manager.

Free works at the downtown location and has been with the bank since 2006. Sibbald, who also works downtown, has been with the bank since 2000 and retains the title of network administrator. Whittle works at the Gateway office and has been with the bank since 2004. Meador works at the Gateway office and has been with the bank since 2005.

Arthur Kearney, psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, has joined PeaceHealth Medical Group's Behavioral Health Services in Eugene. Kearney previously worked at the Veterans Administration medical clinics in Los Angeles and Loma Linda, Calif.

He works at the medical group's Springfield clinic and at Sacred Heart Medical Center's inpatient Johnson Unit in Eugene.

Kathleen Hennricks has been promoted to director of billing services at Oregon Medical Group in Eugene. Hennricks previously was manager of the group's Gateway Clinic. Before joining OMG, she was the chief operations officer and director of information systems for the Roseburg Clinic.

Oregon Community Credit Union received a Corporate Philanthropy Award for its community contributions and employee volunteerism during a ceremony sponsored by Portland Business Journal.The bank, whose employees donated more than $300,000 in 2006, also was honored as the No. 1 ranking small business philanthropist from among the ten small businesses.

Eugene Airport Director Tim Doll has been elected to serve on the board of the Northwest chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives.

Doll has been director of the Eugene Airport since April and is an accredited airport executive in the AAAE organization.
