Kevin Bons has joined Beckley Law Firm P.C. in Eugene as an associate attorney. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Oregon and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2006.

Julie Gibson-Guth has joined Neil Kelly Design/Build Remodeling as a project manager in the Eugene office. She previously worked as a project manager for an office system design-build firm and as a design, sales and project manager for a custom countertop fabrication firm.

Gordon Duncan has been hired by Washington Mutual Home Loan Center as a loan consultant in the Eugene office. He has more than 17 years in the lending and financial industry.

Bob Garvin has been hired by Innovative Air, Inc., Heating and Air Conditioning in Eugene as head of the residential/new construction department. Garvin has over 20 years experience in the HVAC industry.

Cathryn Stephens has joined the City of Eugene as the airport marketing and administration supervisor. Stephens was previously a reporter with KVAL-TV.

Cindy Johnson has been promoted to community banking president with Wells Fargo in Eugene. Johnson was previously market manager of three Wells Fargo bank branches and was promoted to vice president in 2001.

Sheila Johnson has been promoted to vice president of operations at Selectemp, an employment service in the Eugene-Springfield area. Johnson was hired by Selectemp in 1994 as the Eugene/Springfield staffing manager and was promoted to branch manager in 1998. She was previously the company's corporate training and development manager.

Mark M. Williams has joined Hutchinson, Cox, Coons, DuPriest, Orr & Sherlock P.C., a general practice law firm in Eugene. Williams has been practicing elder law and estate planning for more than 20 years.

Dr. Jill Chaplin has joined PeaceHealth Medical Group's downtown Eugene clinic. She was previously in private practice for nearly 20 years in Maine. Chaplin has a special interest in adult medicine, parenting, endocrinology, gynecology, pediatrics, psychiatry and care of patients with Type 2 diabetes.

Alise Kermisch has joined the Eugene Hearing and Speech Center in Eugene as its chief executive officer. She was previously with Birnbaum Interpreting Services as director of interpreter coordination and owned All Hands Interpreting and Consulting.

Mark Peeters, of Peeters & Peeters Landscape Design Build, Inc., in Eugene received the 2006/Callan Project Merit Award from the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association for craftsmanship, relative contribution to environmental quality, difficulty and overall excellence of his project.
