Katherine Fisher has joined the Eugene law firm Hershner Hunter as an associate. A 2005 graduate of University of Oregon Law School, Fisher works in the firm's litigation section.

Jan Burch has been hired as director of community involvement at Selco Community Credit Union, a new position for the organization. Burch has a background in community involvement and event coordination, most recently working for Symantec Corp. as community relations manager.

Gregory Clark has been hired as chief operations manager at Oregon Medical Laboratories in Springfield, the state's largest clinical and drug-testing lab. Clark, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, last worked as director of laboratory operations for Quest Diagnostics in Los Angeles.

Clark is a toxicological chemist who earned a doctorate in analytical chemistry from the University of Washington, and has authored 11 peer review publications and 11 abstracts covering chemistry, clinical chemistry and toxicology.

Churchill Media has announced staff changes at its radio stations. Joe Harper has been named program director for KLZS 1450 AM (Class 1450), responsible for the programming of music and on-air content. He also will assist with production on KLZS's sister station, KOPT 1600 AM. Liz Kelly has been named assistant program director for KOPT 1600 AM and will oversee the day-to-day programming of KOPT. Sean Schoppe has joined Churchill Media as a news reporter and head of the company's growing webcasting operation. Schoppe will edit programming for online distribution on www.kopt.com as well as cover breaking news.

Heidi Pollock and Kelly Richardson have been appointed to the board of directors of Eugene-based Century Bank. Pollock has been an agent for State Farm Insurance in Eugene for the past 17 years. Richardson is president and CEO of Richardson Sports Inc. and Richardson Cap Company, both manufacturers and distributors of headwear.

Kathy Leighton has joined the Eugene office of Morgan Stanley as an investment adviser after completing the firm's investment studies program.

Fred Chamberlin has joined Washington Mutual Home Loan Center in Eugene as a loan consultant. Chamberlin has more than 25 years experience in the lending and financial industry.

Dr. Jennifer Lamberg, an internist and geriatrician, has joined PeaceHealth Medical Group in Eugene. Lamberg, a specialist in sub-acute and long-term care and geriatric consultation, practices through PeaceHealth's Center for Senior Health and sees patients in area nursing homes.

She earned her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School, completed an internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and completed a geriatric medicine fellowship at Harvard Medical School.

Patrick Terveer has been hired as national sales manager for Holiday Rambler Motorized, part of Coburg-based Monaco Coach Corp. Terveer, who started in the RV industry on a production line, will drive the sales and marketing strategy for the Holiday Rambler Motorized brand. He previously served as division president and general manager of another RV company.

Evelin Fox, a certified travel agent, has joined Eugene Tour and Travel as a travel consultant. Fox, who has worked in the travel industry for 12 years, specializes in cruises and European vacations.

Melinda Plummer has joined the staff of Footloose Massage Center, 35 W. Eighth Ave., Eugene. She has 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and specializes in therapeutic deep tissue and Swedish massage.

Community Mediation Services has elected four new members to its board of directors: Chuck Tilby, a Eugene police captain; Alan Leiman, Eugene Municipal Court judge; Beth Little, general manager of Saturday Market; and Carole Stiles, vice president of programs and services at Holt International. CMS provides mediation services to the residents of Lane County, as well as conflict resolution training and education.

The Lane County Human Resource Association has been awarded the Superior Merit Chapter designation by the Society for Human Resource Management for its work in supporting the development of human resource professionals.

FOOD for Lane County's board of directors has elected two new members: Bobby Lee of Hynix and Julie Rusby of Oregon Research Institute.
