Mark McGinley and Scott Simpson have joined Moss Adams LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  as partners in the Eugene office. McGinley has been with Moss Adams since 1995 and specializes in international taxation and tax services to companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

Simpson has been with Moss Adams for six years and specializes in business assurance services to not-for-profit and governmental organizations, primarily colleges and universities.

Mike Drennan of Eugene has been appointed by Gov. Ted Kulongoski to a four-year term on the Oregon Travel Information Council. Drennan is an executive vice president and chief lending officer with LibertyBank in Eugene. The Council is a group of 11 volunteers appointed by the governor with the mission of providing information and services to travelers.
