BUSH BOAKE ALLEN REPORTS FOURTH QUARTER EARNINGS OF $.34 PER SHARE, A 10% INCREASE -- FULL YEAR 1995 EARNINGS RISE 19% TO $1.58.

This family, which also comprises the egg-laying pythons of the Old World, includes the largest of all snakes, as well as many smaller ) today announced fourth quarter earnings of $.34 per share, an increase of 10% above the $.31 earned in 1994's fourth quarter. For the full year 1995 the company earned $1.58 per share compared to $1.33 in 1994, an increase of 19%. Net Income in 1995 increased to $30,446,000 from $25,543,000 the prior year. Net Sales for 1995 were $424,616,000 compared to $374,991,000 in 1994, a 13% increase.
