This family, which also comprises the egg-laying pythons of the Old World, includes the largest of all snakes, as well as many smaller ) today elected Julian W. Boyden, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , to the additional position of Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 1997. Mr. Boyden will replace William H. Trice who announced on August 7 that he will retire as of January 1, 1997, as Executive Vice President of Union Camp Corporation, BBA's major stockholder. Mr. Trice will, at the same time, step down as BBA's Chairman, although he has agreed to remain on BBA's Board. The Board has also elevated James H. Dunsdon, currently Vice President of the Company's Europe Region, to the position of Executive Vice President. In this new position, Mr. Dunsdon will be responsible for world-wide flavor and fragrance operations. Mr. Dunsdon will be relocating to the Company's Montvale, New Jersey Montvale is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States.
