BURROUGHS QB DELIVERS UNDER FIRE : BURROUGHS 32, MOORPARK 0.

Byline: Jorge Martin Special to the Daily News

Three of those scoring tosses went to junior wide receiver Glenn Adriatico, all in the second half. That broke open what been a 6-0 game after two quarters.

And what Scott did with that time. Burroughs put together a nine-play, 66-yard drive, with Scott hitting Adriatico at the 8, and the 5-foot-9 receiver cut across the field for the score with 8:01 left in the third quarter to make it 12-0.
