Students in sixth through ninth grades can get a head start on planning for college at a free three-hour program to be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Cal State University, Northridge. Sponsors said the program - "College: Making It Happen" - will help students and their parents prepare academically and financially for higher education higher education Study beyond the level of secondary education.
