Police detectives are examining surveillance-camera video to see whether the suspects were caught on film, he said.

Each person involved would face a single count of burglary. No one reported witnessing the crime, Garner said.

A Macy's spokeswoman had no comment on the matter, which is still under investigation. Macy's lost an unspecified amount of merchandise during a break-in in May, she said.
