 BURGER KING(R) TO SHARE IN DISNEY MAGIC WITH NEW PROMOTION PACKAGE
 DISNEY CHARACTERS(R) ON PARADE IN BURGER KING(R) RESTAURANTS
 ORLANDO, Fla, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Burger King Corporation announced today during its Franchise Conference that it entered into a series of joint promotional ventures with The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS). These family-oriented programs will be fully integrated with the activities of Burger King(R) restaurants and the Burger King(R) Kids Club, spotlighting Disney animated films and the 20th anniversary of Walt Disney World(R).
 To celebrate the Nov. 22 opening of Beauty and the Beast, Walt Disney Studio's 30th animated full-length motion picture, participating Burger King restaurants will offer Beauty and the Beast character figures with Burger King(R) Kids Club Meals. The film is an animated musical comedy adaptation of the classic children's fairy tale.
 "Disney has epitomized wholesome, high-quality family entertainment for generations," said Sidney Feltenstein, executive vice president, Brand Strategy, Burger King Corporation. "We're excited about our new promotions and sharing the Disney magic with Burger King customers."
 Beginning March 1992, participating Burger King restaurants will commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort(R) in Orlando, Fla., with promotions designed for kids and adults alike. Kids can receive the Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse and Roger Rabbit wind-up parade vehicles, each available with a colorful Magic Kingdom train track. And adults can play the blockbuster Burger King Hidden Surprise Party Game. Over $100 million in prizes will be available, including family trips to Walt Disney World, cash and delicious Burger King food.
 Burger King will also launch a national Kids Club promotion around the summer re-release of Pinocchio, another animated Disney film classic, in June 1992.
 With more than 240 exhibitors, the 1991 Burger King Franchise Conference is the largest single company sponsored fast food exposition in the history of the fast food industry.
