SOUTH AFRICA have recalled the 'Incredible Schalk' to counter what they expect to be a Lions' forward backlash.

Schalk Burger (left), the world's best blind-side flanker, returns for his 50th cap after missing the First Test with a torn calf muscle.

The Lions must win in Pretoria on Saturday to keep the series alive and the Boks are taking no chances. "We expect a massive forward onslaught," said Boks assistant coach Gary Gold.

"Our pack was impressive last week but we will need to improve once again."
