A former Glendale Glendale.

 travel agent who was acquitted in December of murdering a business rival pleaded not guilty Monday to new federal charges related to the same crime in U.S. District Court.

Garen Zakarian, 31, entered the plea to conspiracy, robbery and federal firearms This is an extensive list of small arms — pistol, machine gun, grenade launcher, anti-tank rifle — that includes variants.

Zakarian was found not guilty of robbing and murdering Mikhailian at Travel Town, Mikhailian's Glendale business on Brand Boulevard.
