The home side won 4-2 at dominoes, the visitors took the crib by the same score and the darts ended 3-3 with 180s for Malc Lloyd of Ex-Service and Graham Birch of Chetwynd.

Willie Burbury hit a magnificent 12-dart leg for Miners Arms which included a 180 and a 124 chip out to steer his side to a 5-1 triumph on the oche at home to Navigation.

Miners also took the crib 5-1 and the dominoes ended 3-3 to give the Marston Lane outfit a 5-1 overall victory. Incredibly, Alan Gilbert
