BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS SEMINAR ON WORKOUTS OF TROUBLED REAL ESTATE

 PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 19 ~PRNewswire~ -- The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Philadelphia will present a real estate seminar on "Troubled Projects Worked Out in the '90s," to be held on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at the Adam's Mark Hotel, City Avenue and Monument Road.
 Jerome N. Kline, partner in the Philadelphia office of the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll, will serve as chairman and panel moderator for the seminar.
 Other panel members include:
 -- Kenneth E. Aaron, partner in the Philadelphia office of the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll.
 -- Paul C. Catinella, senior vice president with Meridian Mortgage Corporation.
 -- Albert Eisen, vice chairman of Stouse, Greenberg & Co., Inc.
 -- John E. Frazier, partner-in-charge of the Real Estate Environmental and Construction Workout and Litigation Services practice of Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia.
 -- Francis J. Hanssens Jr., attorney, vice president in the Real Estate Credit Recovery Department of Mellon Bank.
 -- Barry S. Ludwig, MAI, appraiser with Ludwig Corporation.
 -- Anthony A. Nichols, president and chief executive officer of The Nichols Company, a regional development company.
 -- P. Christian Yates, deputy director, Resolution Trust Corporation, chairman of the Valley Forge Office Settlement Workout Asset Team (SWAT).
 Topics to be discussed at the seminar include pre-litigation, litigation and bankruptcy strategies.
