:BUGS) today announced that the National Republican Congressional Committee's Executive Awards Committee has chosen Robert Brehm, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  as California Businessman of the Year. As such he will be honored and presented with the award at a special ceremony on April 1st during the 2004 Congressional Tax Summit in Washington, D.C. where he will also be one of California's Voting Delegates.
