BUESCHER SPARKS THE MASTER'S.

Tori Olson and Lesley DuBois scored 12 and 11 points, respectively, for The Master's.

A 20-8 run gave the Mustangs a 38-26 halftime lead and they continued to pull away with a 17-7 run to start the second half.

Maricela Rodriguez was the only CLU player to score in double figures, turning in 18 points and a team-high six rebounds.

The nonconference loss drops the Regals to 6-1 while the Mustangs improve to 9-2.

Myesha Saleem and Kristi Rose added 13 and 11 points, respectively, for CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge  (3-4). Monica Hernandez contributed 10 assists.

San Diego (2-2), which trailed 23-22 at the half, was led by Amanda Bishop's 15 points.

 64: Sophomore Damaris Hinojosa, a Moorpark High graduate, scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Waves at home.

Anna Lembeke added 17 points for Pepperdine, which pulled away in the second half after leading by just four at halftime.

Katie Patterson led Cal Poly with 16 points.
