Lombardi, is engaged in the import of consumer electronics and has a significant distribution network in Europe, which has shown a very positive response to the opportunity to distribute RAM products. In making the announcement, Mr. Wayne Hartford, President and Chief Executive Officer of the BTI Group, said, "The completion of this strategic license is extremely important to BTI as it will enable us to realize the potential for the expansion of distribution of the company's RAM technology in the European Economic Union, a US $2 billion market."
