BTI Adds Chrisman, Bynum &Johnson Partner to its Board of Directors.

BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2000

Boulder Technology Incubator (BTI) today announced the addition of Christopher Hazlitt, Chrisman, Bynum &Johnson partner, to its board of directors.

Hazlitt's current practice emphasizes business planning and financial transaction, with an emphasis on smooth transactions for companies, executives and their shareholders. Hazlitt has 15 combined years of law experience, including general business legal counsel, and buying, selling, leasing and financing assets and businesses. Hazlitt's background and leadership skills are ideally suited for entrepreneurial and growth-oriented companies.

BTI President Jerry Donahue said, &uot;Hazlitt's extensive experience in legal and community affairs will be especially beneficial to BTI and its clients.&uot;

Hazlitt's accomplishments include being the co-founder of The Presidents' Seminar in Boulder as well as president of the Boulder Valley Rotary Club and the Boulder Valley Rotary Community Foundation. Hazlitt has also served as general counsel for the Boulder County Hospice and the Colorado White Water Association.
