Business Telecom Inc. (BTI), the Southeast's premier integrated communications provider, was recognized by Agent Alliance as the "Agents Choice Award" recipient for resellers in 2002.

BTI was presented the award during Agent Alliance's reception held Tuesday evening, March 25th, at the Channel Partners Conference held in Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. The Agent Alliance was formed approximately five years ago as a forum for master and independent agents to come together as a group to share ideas and concerns, discuss issues affecting the independent channel and work as a unified force for the betterment of the industry. In addition, the Agent Alliance controls annual billings in excess of $100 million dollars, a distribution channel of over 5,000 Agents/Subagents and the principals combined have over 200 years of telecommunications experience.
