BTG To Acquire Micros-To-Mainframes, Inc.FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 1997--BTG, Inc. (BTGI: Nasdaq) announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Micros-to-Mainframes, Inc.
