BTG Senior Vice President Chip Bumgardner said: "We are excited to be able to combine BTG's legacy of UNIX integration and development with our extensive knowledge of Windows NT-based systems and Microsoft products. Many enterprises have both UNIX and Windows NT-based systems that are an integral part of their computing strategy. Our ability to ensure the interoperability of these systems is critical to our clients' continued productivity and competitiveness."

That's what BTG and Microsoft can provide. We see the demand for Windows NT-based integration, development, and deployment services as one of the hottest markets in all of our business sectors."

"We are pleased to work with BTG to facilitate enterprise integration and UNIX and Windows NT-based interoperability," said Sam Jadallah, Vice President of the Organization Customer Unit at Microsoft Corp. "BTG's experience in the government intelligence sector positions them to be a major player in the integration of Microsoft products into solutions for the competitive intelligence and knowledge management marketplace."
