 is the prime integrator for the Order Audit Trail System (OATS). This mission-critical application will allow NASDR to observe and analyze activities on the Nasdaq Stock Market, which is the second largest and fastest growing stock market in the world. OATS, which is scheduled to be operational in August 1998, will have a phased rollout following pilot trials and testing conducted by NASD member firms. BTG will design the architecture, integrate the hardware and software, develop any custom software required, and support the pilot trials.
