BTG Announces Alliance with Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc.

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1997--BTG, Inc. (BTGI: Nasdaq) today announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc. (TCS), a Virginia-based small business specializing in the integration and engineering of secure systems solutions. TCS' services and products will be offered by BTG to its U.S. military and intelligence clients.

TCS systems allow organizations to securely separate their data according to user-definable criteria, such as need-to-know, classification, department, or duties. The systems assign access permission to users based upon their clearance or authority and provide access to appropriate information based upon granted permissions. One such TCS system, the Ops/Intel(tm) Workstation, which is operational at several Department of Defense sites, will be offered exclusively to the federal government on several of BTG's contracts. TCS services include system security engineering and system security profiling. BTG and TCS will jointly pursue additional opportunities in multilevel security and Internet security.
