In this latest report, BT Infonet was once again named the industry's overall "Best in Class" in customer satisfaction, and has now held this highest distinction for the last 12 reports spanning more than three years. Specifically, BT Infonet was ranked highest in Ability to Meet Customer Requirements, Understandable Tariffs This is a list of tariffs and trade legislation:
