Neil Holmes, former director of North American Business Development, was named global director of Sales; and Eduardo Niebles, former director of International Business Development, was appointed global director of Business Development.

Holmes has 20 years of experience assisting architectural and engineering firms in evaluating software solution requirements. Prior to joining BST Global, he was director of sales and marketing at Harper and Shuman and vice president of business development at IntrinsiQ Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from Boston University.

Niebles, who holds degrees in nuclear engineering and nuclear physics, has held executive and management positions in several global software and high tech companies, including Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Elevon, and SSA Global Technologies prior to joining BST Global. He has a history of demonstrated expertise in international strategic planning, engineering management, budgeting/finance, global business development and professional consulting services.
