BSQUARE To Release bMOBILE News 3.0 for Handheld PCs; Handheld PC users can now read and post news offline, send and receive attachments, and more.

bMOBILE News 3.0 is compatible with both Windows CE 2.0 and 1.0, and requires a desktop PC running Windows 95 or Windows NT (Windows New Technology) A 32-bit operating system from Microsoft for Intel x86 CPUs. NT is the core technology in Windows 2000 and Windows XP (see Windows). Available in separate client and server versions, it includes built-in networking and preemptive multitasking.  (for installation only), a Handheld PC running any version of Windows CE, a modem, a phone line (landline or wireless), and internet service.

The bMOBILE Internet Suite includes bMOBILE Chat, an online interaction software program for the H/PC H/PC - Hand-held Personal Computer , and bMOBILE Wireless Internet for CDPD (Cellular Digital Packet Data) A low-speed, digital, wireless data network that is an enhancement to an existing analog cellular network. Based on IBM's CelluPlan II, CDPD provides a packet overlay onto the AMPS network and moves data at 19.  connectivity.
