BSQUARE Corporation (Nasdaq:BSQR) announced today that beginning next month, it will launch two new training programs designed to help educate, inform, and support manufacturers in Asia on the use of Microsoft(R) Windows(R) CE.

The first program, a series of free half-day embedded technology seminars entitled "Building Tomorrow's Devices with Windows CE" will be held in conjunction with partners in Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore. In addition, English-language sessions of Microsoft's 5-day official Windows CE developer course, "Developing Embedded Systems for Windows CE," will be offered at BSQUARE's Tokyo office for the benefit of the wider Asian market.

English Language Windows CE Training in Japan

Two sessions of intensive five-day Windows CE training in English will be held at BSQUARE's Tokyo, Japan office, one beginning on June 19 and one beginning on June 26, 2000. This course, Developing Embedded Systems for Windows CE, is the same Microsoft Official Curriculum course offered in English in the U.S. and in Japanese in Tokyo by BSQUARE trainers.

"Our goal in offering the English language course in Japan is to make our high quality technical training more available to the wider Asian market," said Brad Leland, Director of Field Marketing at BSQUARE. This five-day lecture and lab course concentrates on the basic knowledge needed by developers to create a Windows CE-based device.
