BSP ONElink, Inc., (OTCBB:BSPO), which provides electronic booking, billing and settlement to the global travel industry, signed a landmark distribution agreement with Issy Autos Ltd. and its Easyautos subsidiary for access to 1,307 car rental locations worldwide including select franchise locations of major rental car firms.

"This agreement is extremely significant in that it gives our company distribution rights to a global inventory of rental cars as we prepare for our product launch later this year," said Bill Guerin, chairman and chief executive officer of BSP Onelink. "As we progress we will be signing similar agreements with other key companies in the car rental sector to provide a wide product range and extensive choice of car rental locations and inventory," added Guerin.

For the first time many of the small to medium car rental companies will gain access to a significant distribution channel via BSP ONElink and its direct links to all IATA agents.

"This gives more opportunities for travel agents and a wider choice for consumers," Guerin remarked. The BSP ONElink service, developed in collaboration with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), will for the first time provide an integrated Internet-based distribution and settlement service to rental car operators in every corner of the globe, from Cyprus to Barbados, and from New Zealand to Zimbabwe - true global marketing reach and payment.

Issy Autos ' client list of car rental firms, including some franchisees of Budget, Alamo, National, Europcar, Sixt and Thrifty, will be made available by BSP Onelink to IATA-accredited travel agencies worldwide through the internet as part of an IATA-branded service. These clients will enjoy expanded marketing of their products as well as improved cash flow through electronic payment, while travel agents will now have on-line access to a diverse choice of products, providing greater value to their clients.

Last year, the 55,000 travel agencies that are accredited by IATA booked over 300-million airline tickets.

Issy Autos is part of a U.K. based group of companies which was launched in 1988 and has distribution agreements with numerous independent car rental firms as well as franchisees of the major car rental firms in such high volume tourism destinations as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

This new BSP ONElink distributor can also deliver cars in some more exotic and less common locations including Barbados, Channel Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guam, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Mauritius, Morocco, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, St. Lucia, Turkey, and Zimbabwe.
