BSP ONElink Launches the World's First Internet-Based Distribution and Settlement Service for the Global Travel Industry.

BSP ONElink, Inc., (OTCBB:BSPO) has announced the creation of an integrated, Internet-based distribution and settlement service for the travel and tourism industry.

Developed in collaboration with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and a group of technology partners, the global service is unique -- vendors and agents have access to an integrated distribution and settlement system that results in one seamless transaction.

With IATA under contract as its major outsource service provider, BSP ONElink is using the proprietary Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) service IATA developed for the airline industry to accommodate the non-airline sectors of the $4 trillion worldwide travel market. Suppliers of non-air-travel services -- such as car rental agencies, hotels, cruise lines, ferries, travel insurance companies, events promoters, and tour operators -- have not previously had access to an integrated, one-stop distribution and payment portal.

IATA has been providing a billing and settlement service to airlines and accredited travel agents in all major travel markets except the United States for the past three decades. In 2001, this service handled over 300 million transactions that represented over $125 billion of airline travel bookings. Industry estimates place the non-airline market opportunity at several times this level.

In 2001, IATA made a significant investment in the development of a user-friendly e-commerce interface between travel agents and airlines that will serve as the platform for BSP ONElink. The service will be marketed with the assistance of IATA's 800-member field force, and will be offered free of charge to IATA's 55,000 accredited agents. Commercial rollout will begin in Europe this year, and will expand to all 146 countries served by IATA-accredited agencies during 2004. BSP ONElink will receive transaction fees from travel suppliers for all completed bookings.
