BSP ONElink Gains Jump Start on European Launch with Comtec Marketing Agreement.

BSP ONElink, Inc., the first internet-based global distribution and financial settlement service for travel and tourism, has signed a distribution agreement with Comtec (Europe) Ltd., the UK's leading supplier of travel agency selling and management systems with over 55% of the retail distribution market. Under the agreement, Comtec will market the BSP ONElink service to UK travel agents.

In 2002, more than 24 million people visited the UK, spending $19 billion, according to www.tourismtrade.org.uk, the official website of the British Tourist Authority.

"Using conservative estimates of just two-to-three percent penetration of this market following our launch early next year, we could estimate revenues in the $10-$20 million range."

The company intends to give more complete revenue guidance for 2004 and 2005 following its launch and the signing of additional marketing agreements.

BSP ONElink provides travel agents with access to a worldwide range of non-air travel services, including car rental, accommodation, rail and travel accessories and insurance. All products on BSP ONElink are pre-paid and commissionable. The travel agent makes a booking and takes payment from the customer in his local currency. BSP ONElink then collects the balance from the agent, net of commission, and pays the supplier in the currency of his choosing wherever he may be in the world.

With many airlines significantly reducing commission payments on air sales, BSP ONElink offers agents the opportunity to boost their revenues and improve cash flow from the sale of non-air travel products. And with everything booked on-line, BSP ONElink is also a great productivity tool.

Under the deal with Comtec, an interface will be built into Comtec's TravelCat agency management system. "This means that for any agent using TravelCat, all bookings made through BSP ONElink will be passed automatically to the back office giving a further boost to agent productivity" added Singh.

BSP ONElink will initially feature car rental, accommodation, rail and travel accessories, but will later be expanded to include other sectors including attractions, events, cruise, ferries and coach products on a worldwide basis. Following its launch in the UK and Ireland it will be rolled out to agents in the major European travel markets and beyond. Eventually it will be available in 147 countries worldwide.
