BSI2000 Hires New Engineering Vice President.

BSI2000 Inc. strengthened its management team today as Glenn Junik joins the company as vice president of engineering.

Junik brings 20 years of extensive experience in integrated hardware and software products. Since 1991, he played a key role in managing projects that built and deployed advanced secure site card access control systems for airports and prisons throughout the country.

BSI2000's president, Jack Harper, said, "Glenn is a real leader in his field and we are fortunate to have him on board. His experience developing and fielding site security systems for complex real-world sites like Denver International Airport is testament to the caliber of work he performs."

Harper noted that Junik managed the design and development of the state-of-the-art system that controls and manages access to 2,000 doors, gates, and elevators at Denver International Airport.

BSI2000 develops secure identification and transaction systems that use optical cards for site access control, employee tracking, secure identification, border control, and other homeland security and defense applications.

Junik has a bachelor's degree in MIS from Regis University of Denver where he graduated in 1989 Summa Cum Laude (4.0 GPA) with emphasis in Artificial Intelligence.

As reported on May 2, 2002, BSI2000 Inc. and Knowledge Foundations Inc. (OTCBB:KNFD) announced the signing of an agreement to effectuate a reverse merger whereby BSI2000 Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Knowledge Foundations.
