BSG Strengthens its Global Organization with Two Senior Appointments; Experienced Industry Hires Support Aggressive Growth in Europe and North America.

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Billing Services Group Limited (BSG), a global provider of clearing and settlement, payment services and financial risk management solutions, today announced two key appointments to strengthen its global sales organization in North America and Europe. Appointments include:

--Chris Rees, General Manager of Convergence, Europe

--Curtis Bunting, Vice President of Sales, North America

Chris Rees joins as General Manager of Convergence and will be working from BSG's London office with the responsibility of opening up new market opportunities and building revenues within the convergence markets. Chris brings nearly 20 years of experience in the information and communications technology sector. His prior experience includes consulting and corporate finance with PWC and serving as Vice President at Convergys EMEA, where he was responsible for their major telecommunications clients. Chris started his career at IBM, where he held various sales, marketing and management roles at IBM UK and IBM Germany over a period of eight years.

Curtis Bunting joins as Vice President of Sales and will be working from BSG's San Antonio office with the responsibility of expanding the company's business in North America. Before joining BSG, Curtis was with XESystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, where he accumulated 18 years of managerial experience in numerous sales, marketing and operational positions such as Manager for U.S. East Region Sales and Marketing, as well as Manager for Worldwide Sales Planning and Operations, and Products Manager for North America.
