Who:    Mike Wummer, executive vice president and director of New
            Products and Services for Louisville, Ky.-based BSG
            Financial, LLC, is responsible for the development,
            creative design, incubation and introduction of all new
            and existing BSG Financial program initiatives. Wummer, a
            member of the Financial Service Centers of America
            (FiSCA), American Institute of Banking (AIB) and
            Pennsylvania Mortgage Bankers Association, led the free,
            informative conference call.

    What:   The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) and Federal
            Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
            (FDIC), National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and
            Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced
            final guidance on overdraft protection programs. Along
            with BSG Financial's legal firm, the company hosted the
            industry's first complimentary, informational conference
            call open to all banks and credit unions interested in
            uncovering the impact of the guidance. The call and
            subsequent free notes addressed the following topics
            related to the Fed Guidance:
