What: The 2007 Financial Managers Society (FMS) Finance and
Accounting Forum provides financial services professionals
with a comprehensive selection of opportunities to further

Who: Michael Wummer, is executive vice president and director of
New Products and Services for Louisville, Ky.-based BSG

He has over 30 years of banking experience, including branch
management, commercial lending, real estate and mortgage
lending, product development, and strategic management. Most
recently, he was Senior Vice President of National Penn Bank
in Boyertown, PA, where he championed the introduction of
multiple new products and services for the bank and its
subsidiaries. Wummer has been featured as a guest speaker for
the BNK Advisory Group Speaking Tour and ACTON Symposium, as

seminars. Last year, he was appointed to the Financial
Managers Society (FMS) Strategic Issues Council, which
