BSG Financial Expands Technical Support Team with David Rakes.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville, Ky.-based BSG Financial, a leading provider of profit-enhancing programs and marketing services to the financial services industry, announced the appointment of David Rakes to technical support analyst.

In his role, Rakes provides software support for the company's courtesy overdraft programs, CourtesyConnect(TM) (Web-based, outsourced) and OverdraftHonor(R) (in-house). In addition, Rakes provides overall customer support and information technology.

Prior to joining BSG Financial, Rakes worked as a technical support analyst for four years at Bardstown, Ky.-based Bardstown Internet Service. Rakes also worked for Louisville, Ky.-based Kindred Healthcare where he provided second- and third-tier technical support for business applications.
